Pinocchio will be staged at Shakespeare’s Globe this festive season in a new musical production aimed at family audiences. The show is presented in the Globe’s famous open-air theatre, with savings of up to 60% on selected performances.
This new musical adaptation retells the familiar story of Pinocchio at one of London’s most recognisable theatres. The plot follows Geppetto, a solitary woodcarver, who creates a wooden puppet in search of companionship and purpose. When Pinocchio comes to life, the story unfolds through a series of encounters that explore ideas of independence, responsibility and belonging.
Performed in the Globe Theatre, the production offers a straightforward retelling of a classic story in a distinctive setting. Pinocchio runs during the festive period, with reduced-price tickets available on some dates.
Tickets start from just £13 for the original standing area in front of the stage.
For those who prefer to sit, those tickets start from just £15 (usually £31).
Tickets are available from here.
This production is recommended for ages 5+ and runs until 4th January 2026.
